Meet Chrissy
Helping people get organized, manage a move, and bring order to busy lives comes naturally to this mother of four, former Kindergarten Teacher, and experienced Volunteer Manager. In these roles there are detailed logistics to keep in order, a myriad of personalities to work with, and an abundance of moving parts that must be well organized in order to achieve a sense of control, comfort, and calm. Though overwhelming and mundane to some, Chrissy supports clients with a sense of joy that makes everyone feel understood, at ease, and cared for.
The desire to bring order and structure to her world started early for Chrissy- as a teenager she organized and reorganized the family kitchen for fun, and as a Teacher, setting up an organized and systematic classroom for students was the ultimate joy every school year. Nowadays, Chrissy is known to tackle a friend’s pantry on a whim…thrilled with the results, and often returns with a spot inspection!
Originally from Long Island, Chrissy and her husband, Tommy, raised their children in Simsbury, Connecticut, and currently reside in Westerly, Rhode Island where she enjoys Golf, Pickleball, reading, doing puzzles and walking.
Meet Paula
Paula Teed is a born and raised New Englander who moved from Simsbury CT and now resides in Charlestown RI. She has moved her family many times over the years and is well-versed in the needs and stressors that can come with the moving, construction, and renovation process.
Prior to becoming a certified home stager, she was a Dental Hygienist for over 30 years. Because of this dental background, she is a stickler for cleanliness and organization. She is very understanding that everyone’s stressors are different and is patient and understanding in calming any fears that may come up along the way.
As a true organizing enthusiast, she gets a thrill out of getting her hands on a kitchen drawer and envisions how to arrange everything in its place. One of her favorite pastimes is shopping at home stores trying to solve the ever-challenging puzzle of how to create a system for sustainable organization.
Paula enjoys reading, golfing, yoga, relaxing at the beach and spending quality time with her husband, children and granddaughter.
